Well. If I have to get inspirations from women I could get it right from Mother Teresa to Kiran Bedi. But then a person who has always been my source of inspiration is my grandmother. We all know her as Malathy and hanumayamma...Born in a q uite upper middle class family and had an early marriage she had seen life in all aspects. Being married to a lower middle class family to my grandpa who is quite innocent and who had passion and who literally lived as a pharmacist my grandma managed to lead a decent life with two daughters and four sons. She learnt Hindi and started her teaching career and managed to own two houses with her own earnings. Her life is a lesson, a source of inspiration to all women. And this website I dedicate for her and would post messages and auto biography of her.
Now she is 85 and yet you would see her as active as ever. She now still teaches Hindi tution to around 20 children and writes books and does translations. What more I just had a baby girl and I was tired knitting socks for her but my grandma managed to knit her a socks, a sweater and a cap. Blessed is my daughter for having her as great grandma.
She is the best and She will be the best always.
We all love her, adore her and admire her forever.
